FMC Tariff Training - eCourse

Take DPI’s FMC Tariffs: Rules & Rates Compliance course and earn a certificate in tariff compliance from DPI.

This course is intended for compliance professionals at Vessel-Operating Common Carriers (VOCCs) and Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs). This course will provide a detailed review of the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission’s tariff regulations.

Students will learn how tariff rules govern tariff rates, Service Contracts (SCs), Negotiated Rate Arrangements (NRAs), and NVOCC Service Arrangements (NSAs).
